Shrimp Perleau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and peeled
    4 slices bacon, cut small
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 c. cooked rice
    2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Cut up shrimp, if large.
    Fry bacon in pan.
    Add onion, bell pepper and celery.
    Cover and cook on low heat until tender.
    Add shrimp, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
    Cook 6 minutes.
    Add cooked rice.
    Stir well to mix.
    Will serve 6.
