Almost Sugarless Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie crust or 1 graham cracker crust
    1 8oz. block cream cheese
    1 15 3/4 oz can crushed pineapple (drained, save the juice)
    1 large box sugar -free Instant Vanilla Pudding
    1 8oz. container Cool-Whip
    2/3 cup pecan pieces
    1/2 cup or more maraschino cherries (halved)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with small amount of saved pineapple juice. Beat in pineapple. Add pudding. Stir in cherries, pecan pieces and Cool-Whip. Mix well. Pour into Pie shell and refrigerate several hours before serving.
