Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns (frozen)
 
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. milk
salt
pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Mix and put in 2-quart casserole.
 
Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Uncover and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake 30 more minutes.
