Black Bottom Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatine (Knox)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 egg yolk
    3/4 c. milk
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 small can Pet milk (cold)
Preparation
    Mix gelatine, sugar and salt together in pan.
    Add egg yolk, 3/4 cup milk and chocolate.
    When chocolate is melted use mixer on low speed to get smooth.
    Let cool (not jelled).
    Whip milk (cold) until peaks form.
    Add chocolate mixture.
    You may fold together with the mixer.
    Pour into a graham cracker crust.
    Chill.
