Eggs And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Place eggs, cheese, salt and pepper in a covered jar and shake well.
    Heat butter in skillet until melted over medium heat.
    Coat skillet with butter.
    Pour egg-cheese mixture into hot skillet. Cook over medium heat without stirring.
    Turn with spatula when eggs begin to firm on bottom.
    Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until eggs are firm.
    Serve warm.
