Honey Dressing For Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Add the lemon juice to the honey. Stir in the well beaten eggs.
    Mix together thoroughly. Cook over simmering water until thickened.
    Mixture will become clear, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold in the whipped cream.
    Serve with an assortment of fruit.
