Orange Sherbet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. boiling water
2 chopped bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add sherbet and stir until dissolved.
Add bananas, mandarin oranges and pineapple.
Pour into a 2-quart ring mold.
Chill until set.
