Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 (10-inch) soft flour tortillas
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch regular or party dip
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    fresh parsley, snipped
    1 can sliced black olives
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1 red bell pepper, diced
Preparation
    Mix Ranch dip, sour cream and cream cheese.
    Refrigerate. Spread chilled sour cream mixture onto tortillas.
    Sprinkle with parsley, olives and peppers.
    Tightly roll tortilla; wrap in foil. Refrigerate for a day.
    Unwrap and cut into pinwheels.
    Place on serving plate garnished with fresh parsley or lettuce leaves.
