Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pecan halves
    1 egg white
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg white very stiff.
    Add sugar and salt; add pecans. Coat well.
    Place 2 tablespoons butter on cookie sheet; melt and spread around.
    Place coated nuts on sheet.
    Place in oven at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Watch carefully; turn over once.
