Crunchy Asian Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh snow pea pods, ends chopped and strings pulled
    2 T. oyster sauce
    1 t. soy sauce
    1/2 t. sesame oil
    3 - 4 scallions thinly chopped
Preparation
    Bring large pot of water to boil (approx. 5 quarts). When water begins to boil, add snow peas just until color changes, about 15-30 seconds. Immediately drain into colander and rinse well with cold tap water. Snow peas should be crisp and a beautiful green color. In a large bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add snow peas to mixture and toss well to coat. Add chopped scallions. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
