Cream Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, onion, cream cheese, salt, pepper, egg and flour.
    Beat with mixer until fluffy.
    Put onion rings on top when ready to bake.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
