Buttermilk Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. mix
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix well and cook on hot griddle.
