Turkey Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. frozen broccoli
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
4 slices (3 oz.) turkey
2 slices (2 oz.) baked ham, halved
2 slices Swiss cheese, halved
1 (12 oz.) jar turkey or chicken gravy
Preparation

Combine broccoli, water and butter in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in stuffing mix.
Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, place turkey slices in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Cover each with a slice of ham and then a slice of cheese.
Spoon broccoli stuffing over cheese.
Cover loosely with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile, heat gravy and serve with turkey.
Makes 4 servings.
