Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. mushrooms
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 lb. butter
    8 green onions
    2 cans beef consomme
    2 cans of hot water
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in their juice in a heavy skillet. Add oregano, rice and butter. Chop finely and add ALL of green onions including the top green part. Into a large casserole, put beef consomme and hot water. Add all other ingredients and bake approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour at 450\u00b0. When it is finished, all the liquid will be absorbed.
