Zucchini Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. water
    6 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large can drained pineapple
Preparation
    Boil zucchini and water for 6 minutes, then drain.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple.
    Boil for 6 minutes.
    Add jello; bring back to boil.
    Pour mixture into hot jars and seal.
