German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes
    4 Tbsp. green pepper
    1 c. Colby shredded cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. pimento
    6 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in peelings until done.
    Peel potatoes while they are still warm, then let potatoes cool and cube them.
    Mix in all ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
