Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2/3 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
    1 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Coat the chicken in a mixture of the flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Dip coated chicken in this and then roll it in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Place chicken, bone side down, in baking pan.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    (Also butter bottom of pan.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
