Double Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    6 slices of bacon
    1/3 c. onion
    8 ounces of sour cream
    3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Bake potatoes until tender; let cool. Scoop out pulp leaving about 1/4-inch in shell.
    Mash pulp in large mixing bowl with crumbled bacon and remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Put back into shells and sprinkle with paprika.
    Microwave for 5 minutes until heated through and serve.
    (These can be done in the morning and then re-heated.)
