Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage, cooked
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 beef bouillon cube, melted in 1 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube, melted in 1 c. water
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    2 cans mushrooms, chopped fine
    1 small jar pimento, chopped fine
Preparation
    Add all ingredients into large pot.
    Cook good.
    Serve over rice.
    Add salt and pepper for taste.
