Low-Fat Gelatin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large light Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. sugar-free jello (any flavor)
    1 (16 oz.) fat-free cottage cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (in its own juice)
Preparation
    Mix jello with Cool Whip that has been defrosted.
    Drain pineapple and add to mixture.
    Add cottage cheese and refrigerate overnight.
