Different Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 onion, grated
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. parsley (dried)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins, peel and slice.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Begin with layer of potatoes in casserole.
    Spread with dressing mixture and continue alternating, ending with mixture. Refrigerate.
    Keeps well.
