Don'S Bavarian Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. A.1. steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    3 c. water
    beef roast (boneless is best)
Preparation
    Pour beer over roast and bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over roast; continue baking at 350\u00b0, covered, until meat is well done.
    Use broth to pour over meat when served.
