Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. dry mustard
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 small head cabbage
6 carrots
1 small grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
sweet pickle juice (about 1/2 c.)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix dry mustard, mayonnaise and yellow mustard together; set aside.
Grate cabbage and carrots together.
Sprinkle with salt. Drain excess juices off.
You will have to squeeze the mixture by hand.
Place in a bowl.
Combine grated onion, celery seed, sweet pickle juice, sugar and vinegar; add to mixture of mustard and mayo.
Fold into cabbage.
