Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shortening
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0
    Cream together butter, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Mix in separate bowl, flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and vanilla, beating after each addition.
    Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
    Pour batter into pan and bake 1 1/2 hours.
    This cake doesn't need frosting, but the Chocolate Gloss can be added if desired.
