Pumpkin Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 graham crackers, crushed
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    heavy cream
    sugar to taste
    2 c. cooked pumpkin, pureed
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and butter. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix together eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese.
    Pour over crumbs in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
