Swedish Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk (tepid)
    1 tablet rennet
    1/4 c. water
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve rennet tablet in water.
    Warm milk to tepid.
    Mix eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla together.
    Pour warm milk into 2 to 3-quart casserole dish.
    Add egg mixture and stir to mix.
    Add dissolved rennet and stir.
    Let stand a couple of minutes to set. Bake at 450\u00b0 until pudding raises up, about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Serve with fruit or whipped cream.
