Early American Brown Bread(No Eggs!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. white flour
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix whole wheat flour, white flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Stir milk mixture gradually into flour mixture until well blended.
    Spoon batter into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
