Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 to 2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in 4 cups water. When potatoes are tender, mix 2 tablespoons flour in 1/2 cup water until thick; add to potatoes. Beat egg and add to potatoes. Add 1 to 2 cups milk; simmer until hot.
