Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients; add oil and eggs.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes in 9 x 1`3 x 2-inch pan.
