Homemade Egg Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. instant nonfat dry milk powder
    1 tsp. water
    2 or 3 drops yellow food color (optional)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Use as a substitute for eggs.
    Yield:
    1 serving equivalent to 2 eggs.
