Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mixed vegetables (Veg-All), drained
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with Ritz cracker crumbs sprinkled with butter.
    Return to oven for a few more minutes.
