No-Fat Low-Salt Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can no-salt kernel corn
1 can no-salt French green beans
1 (6 oz.) no-salt tomato paste
1 can no-salt whole tomatoes
6 medium carrots, sliced (approximately 1 c.)
5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 small onions, peel and quartered
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. celery seed (optional)
1 tsp. dried parsley
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. hot sauce (optional)
Preparation

In a large pot, mix all ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cover 5 minutes.
Simmer for one hour, checking water level occasionally.
