Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread, crusts removed and buttered on 1 side
    1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 oz. can chopped green chiles, drained
    9 oz. frozen or canned asparagus, drained/chopped and thawed
    3 oz. black olives, chopped and drained
Preparation
    Line bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish with bread, buttered side up.
    Spread sausage evenly over bread.
