Cereal Christmas Trees(From Betty Crocker Cookbook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
32 large or 3 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. green food coloring
4 c. O-shaped puffed oat cereal
small gumdrops

Preparation

In large saucepan, heat butter and marshmallows over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and food color.
Fold in cereal until evenly coated.
