Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1 onion
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. rice
2 cans beef consomme
Preparation

Melt margarine; add chopped onion.
Let onion brown, then add meat, salt and pepper.
Cook and stir until meat turns brown.
Pour rice into casserole dish, then beef consomme, salt and pepper to taste.
Then add browned meat (dip out of margarine).
Cover and cook for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
