Pickled Fish(Very Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    suckers (when in season)
Preparation
    Soak cut-up fish in salt brine (use 1/2 cup salt to 2 gallons water) for 24 to 48 hours.
    Turn several times a day.
    Drain fish and soak in white vinegar until fish turns white, 24 to 48 hours. If fish is fat, soak longer.
