Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini (unpeeled)
3 c. flour, divided
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Wash zucchini.
Blend together sugar, oil and eggs.
Stir in zucchini.
Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
(Save some flour to toss pecans.)
Beat and mix well.
Add floured pecans.
