Hot Sausage Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage, ground
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 to 1 c. water
pizza sauce (for dipping)
Preparation

Cook sausage in large skillet, breaking up the meat. Cook until no longer pink; drain and let cool. Add sausage to large mixing bowl and add cheese, Bisquick mix and water. Mix well until blended. Roll into 1-inch balls and place 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for approximately 10 minutes or until puffed and slightly browned. Cool completely. Best when dipped in pizza sauce.
