Honey Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots, diagonally sliced
    3 Tbsp. honey
    salt to taste
    chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation
    In medium saucepan bring carrots, honey and 1 cup water to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low; cover with lid slightly ajar and simmer until water is evaporated and carrots are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Season with salt.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
