White Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. unbeaten egg whites
Preparation
    Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Add remaining ingredients, except egg whites.
    Beat 1 1/2 minutes on low and 1 1/2 minutes on high.
    Add unbeaten egg whites.
    Beat another 1/2 minute.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
