Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 to 1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
Add flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
Stir in zucchini.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with chocolate chips and nuts.
Sprinkle sugar over top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Very moist.
Freezes well.
