Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. ham, chopped
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, chopped
1 1/2 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 pie shell
Preparation

Bake pie shell 5 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Let cool.
Spread chopped ham on bottom, then add chopped Swiss cheese over ham.
Combine light cream, salt and eggs.
Blend mixture until smooth.
Pour mixture over ham and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
