Hot Spiced Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. Burgundy wine
    1/2 gal. apple juice
    honey or sugar to taste
    1 oz. hot mulled wine spices
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Stir to dissolve sugar or honey.
    Heat to just below boiling point.
    Mull for at least 15 minutes.
    Strain, if desired.
    Serve in large mugs.
