Phillippine Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 to 2 bay leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 flank steak
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except steak.
    Add steak and marinate 12 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
    Broil a few minutes on each side until medium or medium-rare.
    Do not overcook.
    Slice diagonally across the grain in very thin slices.
    Serves 4.
