Quick Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar (scant)
2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening.
Stir in yeast and buttermilk and roll out.
Cut into biscuits.
Do not let rise. Bake at 500\u00b0 or 475\u00b0.
