Seafood Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    5 lb. peeled and diced potatoes
    3 large sliced onions
    1 small stalk celery, diced
    1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    4 Tbsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    5 lb. shelled and cleaned shrimp
    1 lb. backfin crab meat
    1 lb. quartered sea scallops
    1 doz. large eggs
Preparation
    Fry bacon.
    Drain grease from bacon to be added to stew.
    For those who want to cut down on fat, use only 1/2 pound of bacon. (Note:
    You can nibble on cooked bacon while you cook.)
