Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted solid shortening
    1 tsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    small can(s) tomato sauce
    desired spices and toppings
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast before measuring anything, but yeast is last ingredient to go in.
    Stir with wooden spoon or mix with hands. Knead dough until it feels good (the more you knead, the better it is).
    Let rise for 2 to 3 hours in covered bowl.
