Pineapple Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Blend cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
    Stir in ginger and pineapple.
    Chill.
    Let set at room temperature 1/2 hour before serving.
    Yields 3 cups.
    (Best if made a day or two ahead of time.)
    Serve with crackers or as a filling for small sandwiches.
