Persimmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked pulp
    1 c. sugar (to taste)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 eggs
    1 prepared crust
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except eggs in blender or food processor (hand mixer). Blend until smooth. Add eggs and blend for only a second or two.
    Pour into pie crust and bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until filling is set.
