Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can beer (any brand)
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients until blended and pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Brush beaten egg over the top of bread and continue baking for 15 minutes more. Yields 1 loaf.
